Deleting your account

If you need to delete your account, it can be accessed from Settings, in the Account section at the bottom.

Your subscription is cancelled automatically as part of deleting the account, so nothing further is charged.

Please keep in mind:

• Deletion removes your account, your student record, your schools, deadline statuses, scholarship matches, award letters, and any uploaded file still in storage.
• It can't reach encrypted backups until they rotate out, or billing records that tax law requires be kept.
• Download your data first if you want to keep it. The button is in Settings, under Account, just above the delete box.
