Changing your plan

It's easy to switch between plans. Billing is prorated, so you're never paying more than you should.

To change your subscription:

1. 1Go to Settings, then Subscription. Your current plan is at the top.
2. 2Choose Manage payment.
3. 3Pick the plan you want and confirm it.

If you're upgrading to Pro, features activate immediately, and you're charged the difference between what's left on the Basic plan and the new one.

If you're downgrading to Basic, it takes effect immediately, so the unused part of what you've paid will be credited to your account for future months.

Charges aren't refunded, they are credited to your CollegeBinder account to be used on future payments.

The same billing process applies if you're switching between monthly and annual.
